11th Indian Pharma Expo held in New Delhi

The 11th edition of the Indian Pharma Expo was inaugurated by Ravi Dadhich (DANICS), CEO, Pharmaceuticals and Medical devices Bureau of India (PMBI), Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers; Dr R K Bharti, Joint Director, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Ministry of MSME; D S Tomar, Assistant Director, Ministry of MSME, along with Sohil Goswami, EVP, Drug Listing and Regional Product and IT Operations, CDS, MIMS; Joe Thomas, Business Director – India Operations, CIMS Medica India and Alok Sharma, Vice-President, Events, B2B Pharma and CMEs.

The event helped the industry to understand the challenges and changes, unique ideas, innovation and execution, cost-effective production techniques, procurement, logistics, and more interesting things.

This year’s expo became an ideal platform to witness and appreciate the latest advancements and innovations in manufacturing, Research and Development (R&D), packaging solutions, supply chain management, franchising, distribution, and many other domains. Additionally, the expo has contributed to help the stakeholders of the pharma industry to build new business leads and boost revenue potential.

Apart from it, the Business Excellence Awards were held on 30th September, 2022 in the presence of Sohil Goswami, Joe Thomas and Alok Sharma. The award felicitates the business that brought innovation and freshness to the pharma industry. The winners are selected in the fields of R&D, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), formulations, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, marketing, franchising, outsourcing, supply chain and logistics management, and other support services.
