6th Nutrition and Wellness Awards 2021 felicitates nutraceutical brands

The sixth edition of the Nutrition and Wellness Awards 2021 held in Mumbai welcomed and felicitated nutraceutical brands whose innovation and out-of-the-box ideas set new trends in the nutraceutical industry and created a buzz.
The brands that graced the event were from various domains of the industry such as research and development, manufacturing, packaging, distribution and other support services in the areas of active ingredients, procedures, practices, technologies and finished products.
This year, the award recognised trend-setting innovators like Resource High Protein (Nestle) for being the Fastest Growing Nutrition Brand, Maxcure Nutravedics for being the Excellence in Innovative Formulations-Nutraceutical and Wellness, Core H and F (Star-Trac) for being the Best Gym Equipment Brand of the Year, Tirupati Group for being the Most Innovative Nutraceutical CDMO, RiteBite Max Protein for being the Protein Bar Brand of the Year, Horlicks Women’s Plus (Hindustan Unilever) for being the Fastest Growing Product in Health and Lifestyle, Powerstorm for being the Emerging Protein Supplement, Dabur Chyawanprash SS for being the emerging immunity booster brand of the year 2021, and Voll Sante for being the Emerging Nutrition Company.
Dr Ashwini Jogade was awarded the Excellence in contribution towards Medical Services, Prabodh Davkhare was awarded the Individual Excellence Award for the fitness industry stalwart of the year and Dr Subhrojyoti Bhowmick was awarded the Individual Excellence Award in Clinical trials 2021.
Eminent dignitaries that attended this grand evening included Dr Deepak Sawant, Former Minister, Public Health and Family Welfare, Government of Maharashtra; Dr Rishi Sherekar; Shrinivas Malekar – Assistant Regional Director, Sports Authority of India and many more.
The key speakers at the event included Kanchan Rohra Bachwani, Special Diabetes Educator, Workout World Fitness Centre – Kalina; Dr Shruti Manaktala – MD Psychiatry (Homoeopathy), Founder President, NGO Devik Sparsh Divine Touch and Satya Dev Tiwari – Managing Director, Voll Sante.
