The company has been ranked as the third largest wealth creator
Ajanta Pharma has been ranked as the third largest wealth creator on five year CAGR of 93.14 per cent by Fortune India, which has recently published the list of 500 mid-size companies. The companies were ranked on various parameters based on the results of 2013-14. Ajanta Pharma has also been ranked has been ranked tenth on Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and is 21st in net profit and 182nd in sales.
Fortune India recently organised an award function to present the awards to Top 10 largest wealth creator companies and Ajanta is one of them. The awards were presented by Piyush Goyal, Minister of State Energy, Government of India to Yogesh Agrawal, Managing Director and Rajesh Agrawal, Joint Managing Director, Ajanta Pharma.
