CPhI & P-MEC India to be held at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre from December 3-5, 2013

CPhI & P-MEC India, which will be held at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre from December 3-5, 2013, will be bigger and better this year. CPhI India 2013 will be spread across Halls 1, 2 and 3 of the Bombay Exhibition Centre and will showcase pharmaceutical ingredients and related products such as bulk drugs, excipients, biopharmaceuticals, APIs, intermediates or fine chemicals.

With a record 1000+ exhibitors from over 25 countries spread across 55,000 sq mt and eight halls, the event promises to present the strength and expertise of the Indian pharma industry to the world. The event is all set to reaffirm its position as India’s leading pharma event.

The P-MEC Halls at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre will have pharmaceutical machineries and advanced technology involved in tablet and capsule filling, coating, packaging, bottling and vial filling. Also on display will be analytical instruments, clean room equipment, process automation and controls, filtration / separation and purifications processes and more. P-MEC India will be held in five halls, viz., Hall 5, Hall 5 Bay Area, Halls 6, 7 & 8, which will give an opportunity to meet and interact with new global and regional exhibitors.

CPhI and P-MEC India will not only provide the domestic pharma manufacturers with an international platform, but will also lay a pathway for technology transfers and strategic tie-ups between domestic and international manufacturers. The unique combination of four co-located events i.e. CPhI/ P-MEC/ ICSE/ BioPh will showcase manufacturing and product capabilities of high-value, and is a convergence of companies investing in technology, applications development and sophisticated manufacturing capacities. The idea of having co located events is to have the global pharma community networking at a single congregation over a span of three days and to provide a one-stop-shop for industry professionals.
