August 18, 2021 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
On the strength of its manufacturing capabilities, the Pharmaceutical Industry in India is expected to grow significantly this decade. Competition is expected to emerge from geographies that are able to provide low-cost labour. The choice of manufacturing location will be determined by the availability of skilled workforce, overall efficiency, embedded compliance and rapid scalability to meet demand.
Raising workforce skill levels that is commensurate to the demand of manufacturing growth can only be enabled through employee engagement & enterprise-ready learning management systems. Rapid automation is helping remote works stay productive. Technology that can eliminate redundant processes, enforce compliance and continue to enhance productivity. Ability to run fungible plants and scale manufacturing capacity to address demand will be differentiators.
