Anurag Roy joins DSM Sinochem Pharma as new Business Unit Director Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa

DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals has appointed Anurag Roy as its new Business Unit Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. He will also be the Global Product Owner, New API.

A seasoned chemical, pharma and life sciences industry professional, Anurag has previously held senior management positions at various companies, most recently as Vice President, Custom Pharmaceuticals Services, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL). He has also worked with three US-based companies, BASE-SAF, a chemical manufacturer; ORC International, a market research consultancy and Frost and Sullivan, the global growth consulting firm. His areas of expertise have, therefore, encompassed driving business, strategic marketing, and motivating cross functional global teams for peak performance, mergers, acquisitions and new ventures.

He has authored several articles which have appeared in leading publications. He has also presented scientific papers and has been a key spokesperson at several international conferences.
