AVPS Chakravarthi, CEO & MD of Ecobliss to speak at Budapest international conference on pharma packaging innovations

He is the only Asian to address the packaging community at this conference

AVPS Chakravarthi, a Hyderabad-based industrialist and pharma packaging expert has been invited to speak at an international conference in Budapest. Reportedly, he is the only Asian to address the packaging community and will speak on ‘Innovations in Pharmaceutical Packaging in Changing World’.

Chakravarthi is the CEO and Managing Director of Ecobliss India and the former Chairman of Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), Hyderabad. He is the Governing Board member of IIP and on the board of Asia Packaging Federation. He is actively associated with packaging activities worldwide. Chakravarthi is instrumental in developing various pharma packs for US and Regulatory Markets. Some of the other speakers at the event are Thomas Schneider, President, World Packaging Organisation; Dr Johannes Bergmair, WPO Vice President for Sustainability & food safety; Bernd Jablonowski, Global Portfolio Director, Messe Düsseldorf-Interpack; Jim Bracken, Sustainability Director GS1 AISBL – Global office; Martin Leibrandt, MD, EPAL Europen Pallet Association; and Michael Nieuwesteeg, Managing Director, Netherlands Packaging.

The conference will be attended by the leading players of the packaging industry. Chakravarthi described this opportunity to address the international packaging community as a recognition for pharma packaging in India.
