BSV acquires women’s health brand Tidilan
Tidilan is currently available in tablet and injectable dosage forms
Bharat Serums and Vaccines has acquired Tidilan (Isoxsuprine hydrochloride), a brand in women’s health, from Jagdale Industries, BSV notified in a statement.
Tidilan is currently available in tablet and injectable dosage forms, it said.
Tidilan is used for relaxing uterine muscles to prevent premature labour, among expecting mothers. It belongs to a class of medication called ‘vasodilator’ and is also used to treat and prevent Raynaud’s phenomenon, cerebral vascular insufficiency (arteriosclerosis) and other conditions involving poor blood flow in the blood vessel (veins and arteries), the statement further said.
