Himachal Pradesh CM thanks PM Modi for allocation of bulk drug park
Centre to provide an aid of Rs 1,000 crore
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur yesterday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allocating Bulk Drug Pharma Park to the state.
“It is a matter of joy that the Central Government has approved Bulk Drug Pharma Park for our Himachal. There will be an investment of about 50,000 crore rupees in this and about 20 thousand people will also get employment. Heartfelt thanks to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the Central Government on behalf of all the people of the state,” he notified.
Talking about the development of Himachal Pradesh, he also said that “the Centre will provide us an aid of Rs 1,000 crore.”
A total of 13 states across the country competed for the Bulk Drug Park under the Scheme on Promotion of Bulk Drug Parks. Out of these, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh emerged successful.
