IPA selects Kaushik Desai as ‘Eminent Pharmacist’ for 2021

The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) has honoured Kaushik Desai with the ‘Eminent Pharmacist Award’ for the year 2021. The award consists of a citation, memento, shawl, and a prize of Rs 25,000 via cheque.
In a statement, IPA mentioned that Desai’s contribution across the globe to the profession of pharmacy, and especially for the pharma industry, is noteworthy. His dedicated services to IPA are laudable.
Further, according to the statement, the date and timing of the award function will be notified after the COVID-19 pandemic is over.
