To lead Asia-Pacific region for healthcare packaging
Multisorb Technologies announced the appointment of Laxmikant Khaitan to the position of Commercial Director, Asia-Pacific, Healthcare Packaging as part of its latest step in its global expansion.
Laxmikant will direct all healthcare packaging market activity in the Asia-Pacific region supporting his team of healthcare business development staff in their respective geographic roles.
“Laxmikant will extend his historic direction of our Indian market to the expansion of Healthcare’s Asian markets in his new role,” said Adrian Possumato, Vice President of Healthcare Packaging. “His appointment reflects Multisorb’s global dedication to providing leadership, innovation, and solutions in the field of active packaging to the quickly growing Asian healthcare market,” he added.
Laxmikant joined Multisorb in December 2012 and previously held the healthcare packaging group position of Business Manager for India.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from St Xavier’s College in Ahmedabad, India and holds an MBA with a marketing concentration from Gujarat University (India).
