Indian Institute of Packaging will organise a two-day national conference on ‘Packaging of Pharmaceuticals and Its Safety Aspect.’ The main objective of the conference will be to discuss about the usage of different polymeric and other packaging materials and also about their safety aspect for the packaging of oral as well as liquid pharmaceutical products. Around 250 to 300 delegates are estimated to take part in the event and will comprise packaging material suppliers, manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and formulations and consumers. Doctors will be attending the conference to have a firsthand knowledge and information about the safe usage of packaging materials for pharmaceuticals.
