E-Magic Plus provides the latest technology in combining ultra-thin strut of a CoCr stent, with an optimal Sirolimus coating
Eurocor, a group company of Opto Circuits (India) announce that the E-Magic Plus Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System, has received CE (Conformité Européenne) Mark approval. E-Magic Plus is providing the latest technology in combining ultra-thin strut of a CoCr stent, with an optimal Sirolimus coating. Fully biodegradable polymer is minimising delayed healing and late adverse events.
E-Magic Plus received registration approval in India last year and has been available for sale for few months already. More than 3000 implants have been completed so far, and preliminary outcomes are in line with expectations, with no MACE nor re-intervention.
With this CE Mark approval, Eurocor is preparing to make the E-Magic PlusTM commercially available in Europe and other markets where CE Mark approval can expedite the registration process.
