The next hearing date is yet to be posted but going by past precedent and availability of dates, it could be at least four to six weeks before the matter comes up again for a hearing.
The hearing pertains to a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by Swasthya Adhikar Manch, filed in January 2012 which drew attention to several lapses during the conduct of clinical trials in the country.
