Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy in Hyderabad recently celebrated the National Education Day, as a mark of respect to the Birth Anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. The college organised the following events to emphasis the importance of education and the nation’s commitment to all aspects of education: elocution and essay writing.
Students from Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology, Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration, Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Law & Ghulam Ahmed College of Education participated in the programme.
Zafar Javeed, Secretary, Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society and Dr Mir Akbar Ali Khan, Treasurer, SUES & Chairman, Governing Council, Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy graced the occasion.
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad was a great leader of freedom struggle, eminent educationist and the first Union Minister of Education, who contributed immensely to the cause of education in India.
