Top Employers Institute recognises Takeda India as global top employer for second consecutive year

Top Employers Institute has recognised Takeda India as a Global Top Employer for the second consecutive year. The company excelled in categories of ethics and integrity, values, business strategy, organisation and change and employer branding, the company notified via a statement.

This certification is a reflection of a robust people-first practices and culture at Takeda and speaks about the safe, diverse and inclusive work environment provided by the company to its employees. The global pharmaceutical company has been recognised as the top employers in seven ICMEA countries that include India, CIS countries, Middle East, Turkey and Africa due to its focus on flexibility, inclusion and employee wellness. It is one of the only 11 companies worldwide to receive the global certification for 2022, added the statement.

It informed that the Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 20 people-centric topic areas, including career development, culture, diversity and inclusion, learning, sustainability, values, well-being and work environment. The Top Employers Institute has certified 1,857 organisations in 123 countries/regions and these certified Top Employers positively impact the lives of eight million employees globally.
